Directors
The new Board of Directors is elected at the annual general meeting in June of each year. In order to
provide continuity only half of the Directors are elected in any one year, however all appointments are
confirmed at the June meeting. In order to provide a bit of overlap and to allow the new members of the
Board to get up to speed the new Board does not take over full responsibility until September 1st.
